there’s so much to learn when it comes to food photography, putting more hours and effort to it. food just inspires me; despite the fact that i easily put on weight! screw that, let’s eat em all!
continuation of day 03…
sambal ayam
5 shallots
1 big red onion
1 stalk lemon grass (serai)
(blitz till fine)
2 tbsp blended chili (made from dried chilies)
500g chicken parts
2-3 tbsp turmeric powder
salt
1/2 cup of oil
marinate chicken with turmeric powder and salt and deep fry
deep fry in a wok
set aside once cooked
remove 1/2 of oil from wok, add in blitzed ingredients
add 2 tbsp blended chili, cook till the chili is properly cooked
adjust seasoning and serve it hot with white rice
